I'm pleased to say that Fission Strategy is sponsoring the New Organizing Institute (NOI)'s RootsCamp 2010, their 5th annual "unconference" in Washington D.C. this December 11-12.

At RootsCamp, all walks of the progressive world, including Volunteers, field staff, new media gurus, data geeks, and state-based bloggers, will gather to discuss some of the innovate strategies they've used for organizing in 2010. There's no pre-set agenda - those attending will come up with their own ideas for sessions to facilitate an open exchange of ideas.

RootsCamp is particularly special to me, since it began in 2006 while I was the Executive Director at NOI. Check out this video from 2006, where I talk a bit about how it got started:
